Paula Lemaster appeals the trial court's order denying her petition to vacate the dissolution decree. We affirm.
[1] Two years and 3 months after dissolution, on March 23, 1983, Paula Lemaster filed a petition for *709 change of circumstances, seeking to vacate the property division and to reinstate her claim to marital property.[1] Her petition alleged that a material change of circumstances had occurred since the decree was entered and that in order to properly share the property, she was entitled to more than 50 percent of the property awarded to the husband.[2] The husband answered the petition, alleging that none of the property at issue had been acquired by him after the entry of the decree and therefore he was not subject to the change of circumstances provision in the decree.
At trial, the husband took the stand and testified that after the decree was entered he sold his business, stock and family home to his parents for $80,000, and used the proceeds to buy a boat for his son. The boat was paid for with a credit card, and the son later
